A lot of really good feedback.  If you absolutely must provide cloud storage space, I 
recommend the business open a business account to Google or Microsoft for example.  IT can 
manage and administer access, and you can close off access if need be.  Caveats are people 
can still forward messages outside of the cloud to their e-mail or own storage (which may be 
possible on your existing system), the storage is not encrypted (although there are some 
auditing and digital rights you can enable), and you are relying on the cloud providers firewall 
and security to protect your information.  Storing sensitive or information that is regulated in 
a cloud environment is risky, and if your users are trained properly, it can work.
