Price will obviously be a factor, but I would rather pay slightly more for storage in a facility that is compliant with current standards. Maybe I am weird, but if my company's work product is worth keeping then it is worth protecting to the best that we can. Further it is my moral obligation to perform my job to the best of my abilities and protecting information is a huge part of that obligation. 
 
OT - beautiful day here in Seattle and if I were home the barbeque would be out and I would be listening to the LA Blues Alliance!
