Corporations today have an extensive set of intra and internet web sites, many of them feed or being fed by several external and internal data sources. Many of these sites are customer facing and involve them relying on information being displayed to make decisions and/or make purchases (e.g. price lists or product information). Clearly this data may be required to be produced during litigation and pre-conference discussions.

How are organizations managing records that reside on web sites especially the dynamic content?

Thanks
