                Imaging Team Leader 1  (Program Administrator IV)
The Teacher Retirement System, one of the nation's largest public pension
funds, is looking for a highly motivated, customer service oriented
superstar for the position of Imaging Team Leader 1 within the Member Data
Services Department of the Benefit Services Division. Work involves
supervising a team of Imaging Technicians, including hiring, directing,
monitoring, evaluating and motivating staff; monitoring work flow and
operations to ensure customer service and quality goals are being met;
performing routine maintenance on imaging, microfilm and other equipment and
systems; interpreting and applying TRS law and rules; conducting complex
research and analysis of active and retired member and beneficiary records,
forms and correspondence; and communicating with technical support and user
departments on imaging issues.

Salary is commensurate with qualifications, but not less than
