Help!  I joined this list thinking it was a place to get published
articles on records management (I'm a student.)  I had no idea that I'd
be getting TONS of email that I'm not interested in.

How do I unjoin and get rid of the emails flooding my inbox???  Can
someone please tell me how and where to do this???
