Oh joy - just what many of you need to read - next week is the big
week....time for CRM exams! I know you have all been studying as diligently
as I have,. And I say that with a serious tone!

I decided this morning that I either know what I know or I don't (know what
I know). So no more studying for me. Time to work on the budget and take my
feeble brain elsewhere. I've pondered the permanence of client files, the
relationship with the archives, the stampede of those who "want out" of the
list, and to scan or not to scan.

Time to watch the World Series, have a Guinness, and get some rest. Hope for
a Seahawks win this weekend...
