Senior Corporate Records Specialist
Certified Records Manager or Certified Document Imaging Architect a plus

Assist in the deployment of the newly developed Integrated Records and Information Management Program.
Assist the Corporate Records Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining the IRIM program throughout the United States offices of the firm's three main operating units, including Worldwide Technology Business, Worldwide Commercial Business, and the Global Operations Team.
Plan, organize, and conduct a pilot IRIM program within each of the firm's operating units, and assist in the rollout of the program to all offices located across the US.
Liaise with all business units to ensure compliance with the IRIM policy and procedures.
Provide consultancy advice to business units on all issues relating to records and information management.
Provide training for all staff in records and information management and record-keeping practices.
Monitor and review record-keeping activities and recommend improvements where required.
Assist the Corporate Records Manager in formulating corporate recordkeeping and records management policies for the firm in conjunction with Chief Administrative Officer.
Provide records management consultancy to business units across the firm, and work with all stakeholders to ensure that recordkeeping systems support organizational and legal accountability requirements.
Assist with periodic evaluations of records and information management practices, records management and disposal programs across the firm
Assist in developing standards for business continuity planning in relation to records and information management.


Qualifications
Functional/Industry Knowledge:
5 years of experience in a records and information management, or corporate environment.
Experience with consulting and implementing records management programs.
Experience with the implementation of electronic records and information management systems.
Ability to work independently and effectively with all levels of personnel.
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills required

Education/Certifications or equivalent required:

BS or BA degree in Information Management, Records Management, or a related field required; MS degree preferred.
