You beat me to it Glenn, have to agree with you on this one :).  If we left
it up to the client to get the boxes, well we'd be having continual storage
issues.  I remember back years ago when we centralised the archive storage,
we had to repackage way too many boxes due to inappropriate boxes being used
(quite a bit were not even in boxes).  And we do make the clients pay for
it, box and storage :)

I'm not happy with the first part of Ed's reply to this one. Our
(internal) customers must use only the archive boxes we specify. So if they
need oversize boxes it's our role to find suitable ones.

Mind you, the customers pay, both for the boxes, and for the expensive
non-standard storage. But it's our problem to identify suitable boxes.
