I agree with the esteemed Mr. Saunders reply. If you rely upon the customer to supply the box you will get 'garbage', it is better to do the sourcing yourself and supply them with the correct box.

Besides Gaylord you can also check with Hollinger and Light Impressions. both carry odd-size boxes
