I agree, but more particularly where should RM be taught? In the Library Science program, what about IT programs or better yet MBA programs.

do we really need a separate RM graduate program? (heretic!) or do we need to promote the teaching of the concepts in a variety of programs (see comment above). I would like to see some sort of interdisciplinary program developed that provides the student of RM with knowledge from the business admin, library science and IT worlds.

The vast material tested in the CRM process supports your belief. there is no way that all of RM can be taught in one semester.

I think the research opps are definitely being handled well by the Educational Foundation. What needs to be done is for us to grow the Educational foundation's financial support. once that has been stabilized and enlarged, they can then approach MBA programs to initiate RM studies or research programs.
