You can still be highly proprietary even if you use SQL. Have a look at
the raw tables in your DBMS and see if you can figure out which name goes
with which title with which location - even assuming you can find the
right tables at all. There is a very good chance the file title table
won't be called 'titles', and may contain only a list of numbers, not
actual data.
What Peter is after isn't as simple as using Oracle or one of the other
'standard' dbms's.
