for those who may not know the properties box John mentions is accessed
once the email has been placed in the folder. Once you have done that you
right click on the folder and you can then get the properties box.

Not having used the feature there are four tabs
General
Security
Custom
Summary

it looks like metadata can be developed under all four tabs. Correct John?
