Greetings all,

I'm looking for any and all of your expert opinions on the Management of
Contracts, Agreements and Amendments.  I have searched the archives and
found about 30 postings regarding this subject, but they were all quite
awhile ago and a lot were just requesting the same info, with no posted
replies.

Just to give a little background as to where we are... totally lost.  No,
seriously, we are a not-for-profit service company that buys and sells
electricity for our participants and members in multiple public power
agreements.  We have many types of agreements/contracts, with many different
groups of participants or members of many different programs or projects
related to multiple plants and power systems.

Our current inventory of records (99% paper) relating to these items are
stored in various venues.  Mostly manually filed, and some electronically
recorded.   Our ultimate goal is to record all of these items electronically
at minimum to assist in data retrieval and eventually having all stored and
recorded electronically.  But as they say "baby steps".

My request is for any assistance in how to start to get a handle on this
mess.  Either from experiences or documentation/literature available.  I
would very much except any and all help.
