God bless Australia and New Zealand for their contributions to freedom
around the world.

We have a saying about the military in combat...; all gave some; some
gave all.

Best regards, Steve

To add to all the US-specific stuff on this international list,
yesterday
was Remembrance Day here in Australia, where at the 11th hour of the
11th
day of the 11th month we remember all those who fought and lost their
lives in the needless carnage of World War One.

Australian's aren't overtly nationalistic or sentimental. We don't need
to
fly flags or recite oaths of allegiance. But every little country town
has
a WW1 Memorial of some sort, and it's very sobering to read the names
and
count the numbers. Proportionately, Australia, and New Zealand, lost
more
lives in WW1 than any other nation. In some of those little country
towns
it must have been disproportionately much much higher.

They shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old . . .

Cheers

Glenn
