well it's that time of the year again when folks take time off from
work to celebrate the season.

IF you are going to be away from your office/email for any length of
time and you don't want your email account filled up with useless RAIN
postings, metoos and out of office messages you will need to set your
RECMGMT-L subscription to NOMAIL

How do I do that? you ask.

well just follow the steps below

1. send a message with a blank subject line to

[log in to unmask]

2. in the body of your message put the following command (easy if you
just copy and paste it)

set RECMGMT-L nomail

you will receive a confirmation message in return.

when you have had your fill of holiday cheer and wish to start
receiving listserv messages again just send this command

set RECMGMT-L mail

or

set RECMGMT-L digest

to [log in to unmask]

in a message with a blank subject line

you will receive a confirmation in return.

Merry Christmas!
