Readers of the list may wish to obtain a copy of the January 2005 issue of
ACC Dcoket.  The publication includes an interesting interview with Judge
Shira Scheindlin on electronic discovery.  The judge suggests a top ten
list for surviving e-discovery and comments that rules of evidence are
under review because see information/data on computers as documents.

I am unsure if this is available on line but it is worth a little effort
to obtain a copy.
