Readers of the list may want to look at the following site

http://www.uscourts.gov/rules/e-discovery.html

It contains a list of people who have requested to testify at hearings
held by The Judicial Conference of the United States will on electronic
discovery. Links are included that will take you to the letter or email
of many of these individuals where they submitted their request to
testify.

For those of you interested, yes ARMA is one of the organizations that has
submitted a request to testify; together with a number of other
professional organizations, attorneys, law students, and other
individuals.
