Hi Susan,

Thanks for the reminder. I saw some minor things with the information in the
article, but overall I think it does a good job of at least surfacing some
of the issues, for example, with keeping all email forever. I would have
liked a bit more on the dangers of size-based and age-based mailbox
limitations and forced disposition, but I think it is a credible article and
something CIOs definitely need to aggressively move on. And I completely
concur that RM has to be involved in that discussion.
