Greetings from chilly Toronto.

I would be interested in hearing from organizations that have automated
their records scheduling process (and would be willing to be contacted for
further information).  I don't mean simply creating a database of searchable
schedules, but also the workflow process in drafting, submitting, appraising
and approving.  I know that the Province of Alberta has done this, but would
like to know who else.
