This is for those who deal with digital signatures.  I was asked if I had
information on companies that handle digital signatures for reports sent to
the federal government.  Specifically the person asking was referring to
lobbying reports.  She said she had the names of three vendors who issue
the approved ACES digital signature for electronic filing with federal
government agencies: Digital Signature Trust, AT&T/Verisign, and
Operational Research Consultants.

I have not dealt with this before so was not able to provide her with any
information.  I have been to the site for the Office of the Clerk - US
House of Representatives  (http://clerk.house.gov/pd/aces.html ) which
gives some information about ACES digital signatures.   I am hoping that
some of you out who are familiar with this process and/or vendors would be
willing to provide me with some additional information.
