This is my first posting and I am new to this service. My name is Barry
Sussman and I'm with the Ontario Lottery @ Gaming Corporation in Toronto,
Canada.
I'm just about to start an inventory assessment and am looking for some
best practice suggestions. Specifically I want to know how people may
have worded their request of users in determining format electronic /
paper and volumes. I would also like information guidelines in measuring
volumes.
Your comments / experiences / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
