As an update, thanks to Bridgett Calia at ARMA HQ and Jesse Wilkins at
iMerge I was able to get a link to the Standard.   Turns out it's been
replaced by a 1997 edition, which is why it didn't come up on an ANSI site
search.. they have a pretty quirky search interface, didn't find the
standard alone, and couldn't find it with an incorrect edition date... I
guess I should have tried the title =)
