And, there was at least one other presentation about Mergers &
Acquisitions. I attended it and found it to be beneficial. It was a
case study about a partial acquisition (of 61 oil fields) by an oil
company. It was focused mostly on the logistics and costs associated
with the exchange of technical information during an acquisition. The
presenters were Donna Rose and David Davis but their contact information
Is not included in the conference brochure. Donna is a CRM so you
should be able to locate her through ARMA.
