Not only are these points important to remember, but also the fact that the majority of EDMS project implementations are dependent upon the culture of the organization accepting all the changes that electronic document management system implementation will bring--business process improvements, email retention, compliance, etc.  Cultural acceptance is the majority of the "battle" (using the word loosely).
