Good morning. Prior to working for ARMA, I worked as a RM at a law firm.
Some knowledge that would have been valuable to me as a newbie:

Knowledge of FRE, URE, and UPCB, in general, as they pertain to records;
How courts view importance of consistency of RIM;
Examples of what may be viewed as careless or negligent or bad faith in
regards to RIM;
