I believe our mail boxes are 20mb per person. Some are larger due to
position, but everyone starts out with 20 mb. We are a company of
10,000+ employees.

Subject: Email - size of account

Greetings Everyone,
We have a good email policy. Wrote it and promote it. Official records
in
email must be saved to the shared drives.

We have just gone over to MSOutlook. Prior to the conversion (last 2
wks)
long term people (who are just becoming aware of the email policy)
didn't
have time to save their email(as text documents).
Now the challenge:
How big should our email accounts be? IT has wants to limit size to
enforce the email policy and have asked for feedback.
Does anyone out there have restrictions on the MB allowed?
What does your company allow?
Looking forward to your replies.

Thanks

Catherine Howard
