Joseph,

dropped the ball 4 times referred to one client - Time Warner. The
Iron Mountain spokes person stated 12 times total for the whole
company in another article. Even anyone who believes that out of 5
million transactions only 12 were wrong might want to rethink the
accurancy of Iron Mountain's statements as that would mean their
accuracy is 99.9999976.

Inability to account........

I think Steve's point is accurate.
