I checked with a friend at Dominion Virginia Power - burning records,
paper, film or anything of the like, would require new EPA permits and
for the relatively small amount of material to be mixed in, this would
be cost prohibitive. As a point of reference, the Chesterfield Plant
burns 100 train cars of coal each day!
