Typical copier sales person ploy......I'd ask them before they meet with you
what type of RM software do they represent and can a craft a retention
policy.......

I've had several companies call saying they could help with records
management and they always get referred to me. It turns out that all
they do is "analyze" your copier and printer usage and set up network
printers/copiers. Supposedly you end up saving ink/toner and paper. No
true records management is really involved.
