Everyone,
Do you have a Records and Information Management article or white paper you’ve written, but never published? How about a case study from a successful RIM project you were involved in? In the interest of promoting our industry – as well as providing my fellow records managers with additional career-enhancing ‘web presence’ – I am accepting articles for possible publication on my personal Records and Information Management website, TheRecordsGuy.com.
I only have a few requirements. Obviously, it can’t be copyrighted material and it must not have appeared in any other publication. It must be your own work and I must be allowed to serve as final editor (I’ll get your OK on any changes I make before I officially post it). Vendors and products can be named in the article, but I absolutely won’t post anything that even resembles sales material. (I also won’t publish anything I consider too negative toward one vendor or product, just to be fair.) Finally, please don’t be offended if I choose not to post your article. My decision to post an article will be based on content and industry relevance and will in no way be a reflection on your ability to write.
So, if you have something you’d like posted for other RIM professionals to read, send it to [log in to unmask] and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Oh, and, as always, I continue to accept RIM-related humor for my Humor section, so feel free to send that along as well.
Cheers,
Don Lueders
