If there are any subscrbers out here from ther State Government segment

New Hampshire (which I have a hard time keeping my fingers from typing

Hamster =) ) can you tell me where I could locate your equivalent of a
"Public Records Act"?
 I was able to locate it once before under "Chapter 8-B, Records
Management
and Archives", but on one State web page I was looking at earlier, I saw
a
reference that said Chapter 8-B was REPEALED???
 Has it been relocated somewhere else (hopefully) or was this a
"Woops!!"
