The only address I could find for IM in New Orleans was:

Plug it into google maps; the NYT had a flood map this
morning in their coverage.

The most comprehensive coverage can be found at:

nola.com  the Times-Picayune online site.

It seems the water levels equalized this afternoon
and are starting to recede but they need to repair
the two levee breaks and the pumps.  They are
saying 30 days minimum.
