         REGISTRATION FOR THE  ARCHIVES AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT SEMINAR
IS STILL OPEN  

                The Pennsylvania Historical & Museum Commission (PHMC)
in collaboration with the National Archives and Records Administration
(NARA) Mid-Atlantic Branch, the Pennsylvania Federation of Museums and
Historical Organizations (PFMHO), the Keystone Chapter of AIIM, and the
Pennsylvania State Historical Records Advisory Board (SHRAB), will
present the 2005 Archives & Records Management Seminar on October 6,
2005. 

                 

                Allen Weinstein, the Archivist of the United States, is
scheduled to give the Keynote address. The educational program will
feature sessions on hot topics such as E-mail, digital imaging, vital
records, HIPAA, and getting organized at work.  Also included is a
chance to learn about federal granting opportunities.  

                 

                There is still time , so please make plans to join us at
this special event, October 6, 2005 at the Holiday Inn in Grantville,
Pennsylvania. The program and registration information are now available
