Well, I hate to agree with Bill.... so I won't, not entirely.

Feel free to vent your spleens over this issue. Keep in mind it is not
our decision. If Glen was here he would say it is inevitable. I would
agree with that. Our debate should revolve around the best way to
contribute to its success.

It is not just that it is expensive it is that doing it wrong from the
beginning will raise the cost exponentially. We should be there as a
united voice saying this is how you do it.

Oh yea, I forgot, we don't agree on anything.

So yes Bill it is coming
Yes Bob the cost will be passed on to the consumer

So what

Anybody out there got a clue how to make this scheme work efficiently?
