Hi Jay:

I am keeping track of our vital records document date, to and from,
document name and type, cross-references, company's name, retention
schedule, and file number. The reason so much metadata is for
searching. I have learned senior management calls one document in many
ways or ask for it by date. This way it is easier for me to find these
documents and they are available on line for their convenience.

Hi, Linda
We're doing some work with Sharepoint, mostly within smallish groups.
Would you mind talking a bit about metadata handling?
How much metadata are you tracking per doc?
Thanks
Jay
