Hi Steve:

I am in the middle of reviewing two software companies who have
compatibility retention process with Sharepoint Portal and WSS.
Hopefully, we will have implemented the software by the end of this
year. The Bonneville Administration in Washington State has been very
successful adapting MS Sharepoint for their records and retention needs.
Check out their website or contact their records manager.

Linda/Roland, How do you use either Access or Sharepoint from a RIM
perspective to meet the requirements of your retention schedules? Is
there built in functionality or what is the retention process.

Thanks
