There is a field that I created in one of the tables that I list the
retention schedule manually when entering the data for the archived
material.

Linda/Roland,  How do you use either Access or Sharepoint  from a RIM 
perspective to meet the requirements of your retention schedules?  Is 
there built in functionality or what is the retention process.
