It looks like they are calling themselves "private investigators".  No
idea if their brief disclaimer is sufficient, apparently it wasn't
sufficient in Cingular's opinion! 

Thanks for reminding us about the potential dark side of providing
access to information.  I think I'll call my cellular carrier and ask
for their thoughts on the subject ...
