Dear List colleagues: In my last posting, I wrote:

A thousand apologies to the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM)  
and to the List. I must have had a senior moment suggesting that the "I"  stood 
for International. I know better, and knew better. Sorry for the  hasty and 
embarrassing post containing that obvious mistake. Nonetheless,  the CRM test 
does include mail management in Sections 2 and 5 of the exam and  CRMs, along 
with many other skills, do typically know their history of  records management.
