and to the List. I must have had a senior moment suggesting that the "I"
stood for International. ... Nonetheless,  the CRM test does include
mail management in Sections 2 and 5 of the exam and  CRMs, along with
many other skills, do typically know their history of  records
management.>

"I" not meaning international aside, the ICRM does have candidates
testing outside the U.S. and Canada who use a registry system.
