Lisa,
Since SCM is part of SAP, any requirements for purchasing records should
be already covered in your overall requirements for SAP. Is SCM the
only module you're implementing? I guess my question really is...why
are you only concerned with SCM and not other modules?

The only thing I can think of after your clarification is making sure
Supply Chain Management, Procurement or Purchasing is aware of RIM
requirements for any new system. What records does it generate? Are
they
electronic or paper or other? Will the records be managed internally
within the system for their entire life cycle, or must they be migrated
out? Will the migration require additional integration, development,
hardware or software costs?
