with Douglas County since May, 2005.  You could contact Nancy Sotomayer
in the Recording Division for answers to specific questions that you

This is not as responsive as Doug's posting, but as of yesterday Beverly
Kaufman, County Clerk of Harris County, Texas offered a "paperless"
