My guess is they increased the responsibility and salary after reviewing their internal needs.
 
I won't venture a guess as to why the CRM designation was removed entirely if that's the case.  Perhaps CRM preferred could have remained part of the posting

I wonder if they did not receive as many resumes as they wanted,
so they reduced the requirements and raised the salary.

Not intended as a dig at you OR the designation Ginny, but I FULLY
understand it!!

And no, I won't go into details here because this community has a
NUMBER of
CRMs that I **DO** respect =)
