Looking for Law  Firm IP Operations  
We have been asked by a major law  firm client to identify resources to help 
them assist with the reengineering of  their IP practice.  We can handle the 
RM portion, including the RM  technology, workflow, procedures, etc., but we 
are looking for someone else with  strong experience in redesigning the workflow 
and getting the place organized  outside of the file room. 
We will be working closely with  whoever is selected to do the work. 
Of  interest:  
    *   Elite  Shop  
    *   No RM software –  yet  
    *   CPI for IP calendar  and docket
