My understanding is that a file clerk position is also open, maybe even two!

Tax Database Administrative Coordinator (immediate opening)

Maintain tax database (Access software) to ensure all tax filing deadlines 
are met for all entities.  Process check requests for tax returns.  Produce 
routing sheets for all tax return files.  Work closely with tax department 
file clerk.  Responsible for ensuring timely workflow of returns in order 
to meet federal, state and annual reporting filing requirements.  Assist 
with other administrative needs as time permits.

Skills:  Must possess strong organization and follow-up skills.  Ability to 
handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.  Proficiency with 
Access and Excel.  Must be detail and team oriented.
