Greetings from Kazakhstan!

I saw Steve's note.  I would agree with him except that ARMA's
leadership made the decision a few months ago to dissolve the ISG
program.  They will no longer exist in their current form (see
http://www.arma.org/isg/about.cfm).

I guess those of us who found these groups to be extremely helpful
from both an educational and networking aspect will just have to wait
and see how this new direction pans out.   Such is life...
