Description:
In this position, you will be responsible for the Records Management (RM)
function of the Research and G&A areas of the company.
Could be Manager or Associate Director
Associate Director, Records Management ? Research and G&A
The selected candidate will coordinate with multiple functional areas to
determine the scope and responsibilities of the RM function; coordinate
with leaders of other company archives to streamline and improve
processes; lead a team of records specialists to develop effective
policies, procedures and retention schedules for the management of
records; lead the effort to ensure maintenance of accurate electronic
systems for all records; and harmonize group activities with company
priorities.
Manager, Research and G&A Records
The selected candidate will coordinate with multiple functional areas to
determine the scope and responsibilities of the RM function; lead a team
of records specialists to develop effective policies, procedures and
retention schedules for the management of records; train end users on good
RM practices; and perform some functional and technical tasks within the
group.
Associate Director, Records Management ? Research and G&A
To qualify, you must have a Bachelor's degree, 7 years of experience in
records management roles and 3+ years in the pharmaceutical industry. An
MLS degree and/or CRM certification are strongly advised. Extensive
experience with records/content management software is necessary,
preferably OmniRIM and Documentum. Candidates must possess strong
analytical abilities pertaining to the organization of information and
documentation; a demonstrated ability to identify and implement process
improvements in records management; the ability to clearly and effectively
communicate with all levels of the company; a willingness and ability to
initiate communication with other groups; and a proven record of diligence
and competence in a supervisory role.
Manager
To qualify, you must have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience
in a records management role. MLS degree, CRM certification and
pharmaceutical industry experience are a plus. Experience with records
management software is necessary, preferably OmniRIM and/or Documentum.
Candidates must possess strong analytical abilities pertaining to the
organization of information and documentation; a demonstrated ability to
identify and implement process improvements in records management; the
ability to clearly and effectively communicate with all levels of the
company; a willingness and ability to initiate communication with other
groups; and demonstrated competence in a supervisory role.
