I work as a records manager for an architectural firm - does anyone have
experience using this software for archiving?
 
May 30, 2006 - CNG-SAFE document management solution features CNG-BATCH
that enables users to scan documents in batches and file them, either
manually or automatically. In manual filing, user reviews each document
on computer and selects appropriate folder in CNG-SAFE. Under automatic
filing option, documents are separated and identified by CNG-BATCH using
scanned barcode data and then filed into CNG-SAFE. If needed, new
folders are automatically created.
