I’m an intern at an international not-for-profit. A few weeks ago I asked for your help in developing an email retention plan, and I’m back: I’ve been asked to stop working on the email plan, because the RM department needs to come up with a vital records protection program within a few weeks. (Unbelievably, they don’t have one.)
 
Would any of you be willing to share your vital records plan with me? Of course, I’ve been online and gotten examples, articles on the topic, and standards, but I’d love to see what some others have come up with.
