Greetings and Salutations!

I am interested in any feedback anyone may provide concerning an
Archives
collection being transferred under someone whose only relevant
background is
Records Management.  This person also does not seem to understand the
differences between the two fields and is wondering why the Archives
isn't
arranged like the rest of the records in the organization (RM).  My
position
has been eliminated due to budget cuts, so I will not be here to protect
the
integrity of the collection.  However, I would like to help with the
transition as much as possible before I leave.
